I'm so excited to be offering one on one  confidence, life, and creativity zoom sessions!  I've always been a performer and creative myself, but I've spent the last many years studying to become a coach as well, as I really want to help serve aspiring performers and creatives to reach their fullest potential. I love helping boost the confidence of young people in their art form but even more so in themself as a person, as that is invaluable in life. 

    If you don't know me, let me tell you a little bit about my career thus far, and therefore why you might be interested in working with me!...I'm an actress, dancer, and painter originally from Aurora, Colorado. I booked my first big job as a principal dancer on the “High School Musical Concert Tour” directed by Kenny Ortega just a few months after turning 18 and moving to Los Angles. I went on to dance for some of the biggest pop icons like Cher, Maxwell, and Luke Bryan. I was also one of two female dancers chosen to dance for Michael Jackson on what ended up being his last tour and ultimately turned into the film “This Is It.” I was featured on Dancing With the Stars many times and was a pro-dancer partnered with Bill Nye on season 17. I have acted in top TV Shows and films such as True Blood, Fuller House, and Burlesque!  I recently played the lead role of Ginny, in Rosebud Lane… an indie film with a lot of heart! I am so very passionate about storytelling and artistry, and love that I can use many different art forms to do so! In addition to performing, I love to travel around the country and teach young aspiring dancers on Adrenaline and Revive dance conventions and at competitive studios around the globe. In addition I've spent the last decade developing a craft in fine art and painting which is like therapy to my soul. I've found using art in my confidence coaching helps clients to get connected to themselves and their worth.

I've studied a broad range of topics from spiritual psychology, self-empowerment, Chinese Alchemy, life coaching, and meditation + mindset work in order to help serve aspiring performers as well as those seeking to have more confidence in their life and path!
